This is Diligence, 
's version of Ghost Writer from Danny Phantom in her huge-ass, crazy good, well-drawn, and I believe marker-colored(?) comic series, Chess Piece.
Phew.
He's a bit different from my normal GW, but I have to say he does have a nice sense of style which begs for fanart.
